A bath at church

Connor was baptized yesterday. He did pretty well despite the fact that he has a cold and he was very hungry when the service started. He was really squirmy while we were standing at the front and Bob, our minister, was talking. He got interested, though, when Bob took the cover off the baptismal font, probably because the bowl inside was really shiny. He stopped squirming when Bob held him and didn't even cry when the water went on his head. Then he got handed back to Dave and got all cranky again. A snack and a nap solved that problem. Thanks to everyone who came. It was great to see you all. Grant and Suzie surprised us--we weren't expecting them to come all the way from Kingston! Also, thank you everyone who helped with lunch!
