Mom vs. Babyproofing 1

Connor is mobile. He doesn't crawl on his hands and knees yet, but he can pull himself along with his arms on his tummy. And of course, he is interested in all the things that are not suitable for playing with--the radio cord (which plugs in at the floor, unfortunately), the garbage can, the cat food, the plants... I have used a few babyproofing gadgets and taken most things out of the playing spaces, but mostly we just have to keep an eye on him. Because our apartment is small Connor plays in all the rooms so there isn't really anywhere to put things that we don't want him to get. Oh well. We're excited about this crawling business and so is he! |
